Don't worry about what to say while you're dancing, most people don't talk while they're dancing anyway. If you really feel the need to talk while you're dancing talk about something that is going on around you, like the band or the song that is playing.

Girl i’m seeing and spoke to for ages getting on really well but just getting awkward sometimes cos really run out of things to say cos we’ve spoke so much. Feel ive talked everything about me. Just need some conversation starters. Mainly like text and stuff. Its not bad when we meet up but when not face to face run out things to say. She doesn’t live that near so dont see her all the time so have to text a lot and need some things to talk about.
Ask her how was her day, see what she says and go from there! you’ll be surprised how much you still havent talked about even though you say youve talked about everything, also just send her complaments and little flirty texts. I find its easier to come up with conversation when actually talking on the phone so why not try that?

Im 15 and im kind of shy around new people, sometimes they think that i dont like them cuz i dont talk to them….but idk what to say! Help…..
I used to have that problem, now i'm growing in confidence more…i usually just start with basic things such as 'what's your name?' age, occupation etc…then as time goes on just get to know the person more, or if we're in a house/party i mention stuff that's going on infront of us, or if there's something around the room i just mention stuff on it, you'll be suprised how often a long conversation occurs!
